Before you go

Ask about allergens when you order: US food law names nine major allergens (milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy and sesame), and kitchens can tell you which dishes contain them.
Restaurant inspection results are kept by the city or county health department; many publish them online or post the latest grade at the door.
For table service a tip of 15–20% is customary; at counter-service places tipping is optional.

I have been buying cakes from LaBon Bake Shop since 2006 when my daughter was 2. The cakes are exceptional both in presentation and taste. Although we now live over an hour away this was the only place I could imagine to celebrate my mother’s 90th. Everyone loved the cake. Thank you for helping us make this amazing milestone so delicious!

If you’re looking for an amazing bakery, this is it! I’ve been a loyal customer for over 20 years, and so has my family. I actually travel over an hour just to get my cakes because they’re absolutely worth it. After moving to South Carolina, I tried several bakeries there, and nothing even came close. The first thing I did when I came back to New Jersey was stop here for my (very late!) birthday cake. Back in N now so my cakes will continue to come from there. If I am back at my house in SC around my birthday, I will drive back just for a cake. The quality, taste, and consistency are unmatched. I can’t recommend them enough—hands down the best bakery ever!

This has been one of our go-to cake shops in recent times. We have had our kid’s cake smash cake also ordered from here and occasionally got cupcakes for special occasions like Mother’s Day and potlucks. The cake and cream quality is fresh and have always been on adequate sugar levels without overdoing. The place looks well maintained and clean at all times. The parking might be a bit tight at times

I have been buying cakes for all my occasions from Labonne and I must say they have always exceeded my expectations. Specially this time even though they charged extra for flower decoration I’m really impressed by how they did it. I ordered a purple cake, but it turns out to be dark blue, but nevertheless, Customerservice did take care of me as a client but the Taste the Decor timelines I would always rate them five out of five. I’m posting all the cakes I’ve got from Labonne over the years as a way of saying thank you for valuing us as a client.

I ordered a custom cake online for my bonus daughter’s birthday and the chef reached out immediately asking for details. Very prompt! I got exactly what I envisioned in my head and my bonus daughter loved the cake. The day I went to pick up the cake, the two ladies at the bakery were very welcoming and helpful. The cake was also delicious. So, great buy, great customer service! And I will be back.
